Is Cocktails On Demand, LLC, licensed and insured?
Yes, Cocktails on Demand is a licensed and insured limited liability company.

 

What locations do you provide service?

We service the Metro Atlanta area within a 25 mile radius.

 

How do I reserve my event date with Cocktails On Demand?

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your event. Your deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

 

What does the host need to provide?

The host will provide the alcohol for the event. We will assist by providing you with a recommended shopping list. We have all inclusive packages that include cups, napkins, straws,  garnishes, juices, soda, mixers, water, bar equipment and much more. Therefore, the only thing the host will provide is the alcohol.

 

How many bartenders will I need for my event?

In order to provide the best service and serve your guests efficiently, we recommend one bartender per 70 guests.

 

How will the bartenders be dressed?

The bartenders will be dressed according to the type of event you are having. We typically wear all black.

 

Can you provide servers to assist with food service?

Yes. Our staff consists of bartenders, food servers, bar backs and cocktail servers.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, credit card and Paypal payments.

 

Is gratuity or tips included in your packages?

Gratuity is not included. A tip jar will be placed on the bar for guests to tip. If the host does not prefer a tip jar, the host will pay a gratuity charge that will be applied to final balance.

 

Who is responsible for making sure that the guests do not have too much to drink?

Our bartenders are highly trained in alcohol awareness. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who seem to have had too much to drink, per our judgment. In addition, Cocktails On Demand reserve the right to ID anyone that appears to be under the age of 35. However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions.
